USD116 BOE Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month (except August – 2nd and 4th Tuesday; no meetings in July) at 7:30 p.m., at the Jean F. Burkholder Administrative Service Center, 205 North Race Street, Urbana, in the Board Room, unless otherwise indicated(*).  Agenda materials should be to the Superintendent’s office no later than one week prior to the meeting. Agendas and documentation are published below at least 48 hours prior to the start of the corresponding BOE meeting.  Minutes are posted on this page after the board has approved the minutes. The study sessions and business meetings are broadcast live on UPTV starting at 7:30 p.m. UPTV is available locally on Comcast channels 6 & 1096, i3 Broadband channel 6, AT&T U-Verse channel 99 and streaming worldwide on the web.  After the live broadcast, all meetings (starting in August of 2014) are available on both the UPTV YouTube Channel.
