• August 12-14: Institute Days – No school for students
• August 17: Grades 1–9, ½ K in attendance, No school for Urbana Early Childhood (Home Visits)
• August 18: UECS, ½ K, Grades 1–12 in attendance
• August 19: All students in attendance
• September 7: Labor Day – No School
• October 2: No school for Urbana Early Childhood (Assessment and Portfolio Writing)
• October 8: Student-Led Conferences 4-8 p.m.
• October 9: No School – Student-led conferences 8-11 a.m. 
• October 9: End of 1st Quarter
• October 12-16: Fall Break – No School
• October 19: School resumes
• November 2: Staff Development Day

  • Early Dismissal: UMS @ 1:15, UHS @ 12:26, SGC @ 1:25
