Urbana School District 116 provides updates to Urbana families regarding important events, deadlines, and Board of Education meetings. Superintendent Updates are uploaded and distributed biweekly on Fridays. Board of Education Meeting Updates are uploaded and distributed one to two days following a Board of Education meeting. Online registration for returning families closes July 16.

Centralized Registration is July 30 from 12-6 p.m. and July 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Urbana Middle School. All new families, and any returning families who have not registered online, should register their student(s) during Centralized Registration.

Centralized Registration is a one-stop shop. You can register your student, get required physicals or immunizations, meet school staff, pay fees, get food service information from Quest, talk to First Student/MTD about transportation, learn about after school care and more - all in one place.
