Urbana School Health Center
The Urbana School Health Center is a medical and dental clinic for patients ages 3-18. You do not need to be a student to use the clinic.
A range of services are offered including mental health services, dental services, reproductive services, vaccinations and sports and school physicals. For a medical or counseling appointment call (217) 239-4220. For a dental appointment call (217) 403-5477 and ask for the school dental clinic. The clinic is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. Walk-ins are not available however, same day appointments are sometimes available.
USHC is a partnership between Promise Healthcare and the Urbana School District. Promise Healthcare is a local community healthcare home providing primary medical, behavioral health and dental care to patients regardless of ability to pay.
