SPLASH returning to USD116

The Urbana after school SPLASH Program is returning to the Sixth Grade Center, Urbana Middle School. Dr. Williams Elementary and King School. The SPLASH Program is possible thanks to a $115,000 grant secured by the Urbana Park District from the Illinois State Board of Education. 

SPLASH begins September 30 for students at the Sixth Grade Center

  • SPLASH runs Tuesday-Thursday until 5:15 p.m.
  • Dinner provided
  • Schedule includes Homework Lab and an Enrichment Black
  • Transportation home is available

SPLASH will begin in mid to late October for the following grades:

  • King School: Students in grades 2-5
  • Dr. Williams Elementary: Students in grades 2-5
  • Urbana Middle School: Students in grades 7 and 8
  • Be on the lookout for information about signing up from your student’s school
  • Call your student’s school with questions

Online registration for returning families closes July 16.

Centralized Registration is July 30 from 12-6 p.m. and July 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Urbana Middle School. All new families, and any returning families who have not registered online, should register their student(s) during Centralized Registration.

Centralized Registration is a one-stop shop. You can register your student, get required physicals or immunizations, meet school staff, pay fees, get food service information from Quest, talk to First Student/MTD about transportation, learn about after school care and more - all in one place.
