UHS Teacher Earns National Board Certification

Urbana High School educator, Cheyenne Warman-Neal has earned her National Board Certification. Bridget Maloney, an educator at Leal, and Elizabeth Smith-Andree, an Assistant Principal at Yankee Ridge have successfully renewed their National Board Certification.

National Board Certification is the most respected professional certification available in education and provides numerous benefits to teachers, students and schools. It was designed to develop, retain and recognize accomplished teachers and generate ongoing improvement in schools nationwide. These educators teach to the profession’s highest standards, significantly improve learning outcomes for students. These teachers have shown their deep commitment to student learning through the Board Certification process.
