Urbana High School Graduation

May 26, 2022 | 6 p.m. (5 p.m. doors)  Ceremony should end by 7:15 p.m.

Entrances open:  West Grand, Upper NW & Upper SW

• The existing State Farm Center clear bag policy will be enforced at the event. Metal detector searches will be performed at all entrances. https://www.statefarmcenter.com/plan-your-visit/clear-bag-policy 
• There are no tickets or charge for this event and no restrictions for ticket allotment. 
• No concessions are being sold for this event.
• Programs will be distributed at the entrances.
• Graduates are using all of Section 101 and half of sections 120 and 102 are being held and no seating will occur there.  Guests may be seated in any other open section.  
• Graduates will cross the stage by entering the South stairway, walk across, and then leave the stage via the North steps.
• ADA seating is available. Please see an usher for assistance.
• Graduates, band, choir, platform party, school officials working the ceremony should all enter through the North Guard Shack.  There will be a pass list provided and security will check them in as they arrive.
• Graduates with disabilities will enter through the West Grand entrance and will need to be escorted to the Orange Krush elevator for access to the graduate line up area.
• Graduates will line up in the East Tunnel.  Graduates will process in via the North tunnel, then split into two lines and process in on both sides of the stage.
• Graduates will leave after the ceremony the same way and will exit via that North Guard Shack. Gowns will NOT BE ALLOWED to leave the State Farm Center following the ceremony. Gowns will be placed in bins in the tunnel following the ceremony. Guests should meet their graduates outside after the event.
• Parking is $5 for everyone.
