Scholastic Art Awards 2024

Urbana High School students won 17 Scholastic Art Awards. Of those, three were named Gold Key Winners. Their work will be sent to New York for national judging.  National awards will be announced in March.

The Scholastic Art Awards Exhibition for the Mid-Central Illinois Region consists of award-winning work by junior and senior high school art students within the 33 county region. 

The Scholastic Art Awards Exhibition of Gold Key and Silver Key recipients will hang at the Springfield Art Association,  700 North Fourth Street, Springfield. Honorable Mention Awards will be projected on the wall. The gallery is open daily Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., starting February 4 to 22, 2024.  The Awards Ceremony will be held at Springfield High School Auditorium, 101 South Lewis Street, on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at 1 p.m.
