Centralized Registration for new students will take place on July 28 and 29 in the Urbana Middle School Gymnasium. 

• Wednesday, July 28th:  9 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Thursday, July 29th:  2-5 p.m.

Urbana Middle School is located at 1201 S. Vine St. New families should access the gymnasium through the main parking lot.  Families should enter the gymnasium entrance located by the school marquee. 

This one-stop-shop allows new families an opportunity to register their students for the upcoming school year, meet staff, receive information about district food service, pay fees, sign up for Skyward Family Access, learn about the Before & After School Child Care Program, access transportation information (i.e. First Student and MTD), and get other community-based information.

During New Student Centralized Registration, Urbana District #116 is partnering with the Champaign-Urbana Public Health District to offer a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic. This free clinic is available to anyone 12 years of age and older. No registration is required. We encourage everyone who is able to get vaccinated to protect yourself, your loved ones and our school community.
