October 3, 2022 is Bring Your Family to School Day. Families/parents/guardians of Urbana School District #116 students are invited to visit their student’s school to learn more about what the school day looks like.

• Families will be asked to sign in at the designated location in their before entering the classroom(s).

• Teachers will not be available to have one-on-one meetings with families.

• Families who visit their student’s/students’ school(s) are asked to observe learning and the regular school routine in the designated family spaces in classrooms and throughout the building.

• If families have questions about anything they observe during Bring Your Family to School Day, families should contact their student’s teacher(s) or building administrator(s) via email or phone to allow learning to continue.

• The primary goal of Bring Your Family to School Day is to enhance family engagement and student success.
