After School Child Care
Students that take part in the After School Program will go to their respected room after school. They may be picked up any time from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Any child enrolled in an Urbana School District elementary school may be enrolled in the program. To enroll and for fee information, contact Sandy Davin at 217-384-3536 (Leal School).
Breakfast and Lunch Programs
New for 2015-2016 School Year!
All K-12 USD #116 students (previously paid, reduced, or free) are now eligible for breakfast and lunch AT NO CHARGE! Regardless of previous eligibility.
USD #116 is pleased to inform our parents and families that we are implementing a new option available to schools participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs called the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for school year 2015-2016.
ALL USD #116 SCHOOLS will participate in the CEP allowing us to provide healthy breakfasts and lunches each day at ALL schools at no charge to ALL students enrolled during the 2015-2016 school year.

Students who are participating in the breakfast program should go to the gym by way of the front door. Students should not visit with friends and then go to breakfast. Students should come inside for the breakfast program between 7:50 and 8:05 a.m. so that they can be done eating in order to begin class on time.
Breakfast, milk and juice are served in the cafeteria/gym from 7:50 – 8:15 a.m.
Students may bring a cold sack lunch from home or they may buy a hot lunch. One milk can be purchased by students who bring a cold lunch from home. Food may not be heated or prepared at school.
