- King Elementary: 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Prairie Elementary: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Thomas Paine Elementary: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Wiley Elementary: 12:30 - 3:30 p.m.
- Yankee Ridge Elementary: 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER
- Your child's official birth certificate - with a raised seal. If your child was born in Champaign County you may get this from the C-U Public Health Department or the County Clerk's office.
- Proof that you live in Urbana.
Your signed lease/mortgage or 2 of the following all listing parent's name and same address:- driver's license
- utility bill
- voter registration card
- change of address from the post office
- Your child's social security card
