Day 7—Closure of Unit

1. Give students a brief quiz on the Progressive Era, it could include the following questions

· Identify five problems that people faced between 1880-1920.

· Select two of the problems and identify how do you know that these were problems?

· How would you describe a “Progressive?”

· What were the goals of Progressives?

· Identify two reforms from the Progressive Era that still impact life today.

2. Assign students the Progressive Era Research Report.
